Experience:
- sales management experience with minimum of 5years experience in consumer goods with sufficient field experience selling to supermarkets.
- a flair for merchandising and product promotions.
- the capability to initiate and develop various marketing programs.
You must be able to:
- Develop marketing strategies and monitor it closely to point of execution.
- periodically organise market activation nationwide with full implementation of goals.
- involve self in product management and development
Skills and abilities
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good attitude and strong work ethics.
- Good human relations, be analytical,with great attention to details
- Hardworking and energetic
- Be open and willing to learn new things.
Must be able to drive both manual and automatic car, as the position requires nationwide travel periodically.
