Job Description:
For this role, you will have the following primary responsibilities;
- Creating engaging content across various platforms, including website, newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and strong alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage the communication strategy, focusing on increasing brand awareness, targeting the appropriate audience segments, and promoting company activities effectively.
- Utilize SEO strategies to optimize content, enhancing online visibility and driving organic traffic to the company’s platforms.
- Spearhead social media engagement, interacting with audiences, and managing timely responses to inquiries and comments.
- Lead generation through effective campaigns to promote Kadizmo Properties Limited’s products across all company’s platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies with overall marketing and branding objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports to measure the success of communication efforts and making data driven recommendations for improvement
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies in the Real Estate Sector.
- Strong proficiency in SEO practices and experience in utilizing SEO tools to drive organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences and platforms.
- Experience managing social media platforms and driving engagement across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail, capable of leveraging data to optimize communication strategies.
