The company headquarter is Keko, Dar es salaam. The company has business branches in Arusha, Mwanza, Kasulu, Zanzibar, Iringa, Mbeya, Songea, Morogoro, Dodoma and Kariakoo. JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING PERSONS (25 posts)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s objectives and targets.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and results within a schedule.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Be ready to work in any branch that he/she will be allocated.
