Position: HR Specialist
Employer: DEXINTEC Finance Tanzania
Duty Station: Victoria Tropical Center, 1st Floor, Dar cs Salaam, Tanzania
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and compensation and benefits packages
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Monitor budgets by department
- Process employees query and respond in timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Monitoring all human resource functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in human resource management,
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in human resource management
- Experience in payroll for more than one year.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel Functions such as VLOOK UP and other Formulas.
- Proficiency in English Language and good communication skills
- Ability to work within deadlines and complete tasks.
