Job Summary:
The Accounting Officer will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliation. This role ensures accurate financial records and supports financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Knowledge and Responsibilities
- Minimum experience of 1 year
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of IFRS.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and organizations with limited supervision;
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (strongly preferred) or related field with equivalent experience in accounting.
- Advanced computer knowledge and skills is a MUST.
